Welcome!

Healing is all yours.

My name is Sydney Rosh.

I work with adults and couples navigating trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, and identity questions, with a special focus on LGBTQ+ experiences. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I have experience and insight to share. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) frameworks, helping you explore the roots of your struggles while building more secure, authentic connections. Together, we'll create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.

My Approach

Relational

Our therapeutic relationship is at the heart of our work together. I believe that healing happens when we feel truly seen and accepted. In our sessions, we’ll build a foundation of trust and safety — a space where you can show up as your full self, even when that feels vulnerable. As we deepen our connection, you’ll begin to develop more secure, authentic connections in your life outside therapy as well.

Insight-Oriented

Much of our emotional pain stems from patterns formed early in life. Using a psychodynamic lens, we’ll explore how your past experiences continue to shape your present thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. This deeper understanding gives you the power to make new choices and respond to life with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Emotionally Focused

Whether you’re in individual or couples therapy, we’ll work to identify the emotional needs and attachment patterns underlying your struggles. Through the lens of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we’ll explore how to shift from cycles of disconnection toward more secure and nourishing emotional bonds — both with yourself and with others.

Affirming & Identity-Conscious

Our therapeutic relationship is at the heart of our work together. I believe that healing happens when we feel truly seen and accepted. In our sessions, we’ll build a foundation of trust and safety — a space where you can show up as your full self, even when that feels vulnerable. As we deepen our connection, you’ll begin to develop more secure, authentic connections in your life outside therapy as well.
